I've actually been commissioning to make a few icons over the past couple of months (which I FORGOT to upload to my gallery...that WILL be changed
). He does INCREDIBLE work on animated icons, and if you go to his page you'll see even MORE! His prices are VERY good, go commission him for your OWN icon before he WISENS UP!
