...I must admit, I had no IDEA it was Karina's birthday! She doesn't list it on her FB page, so I got no reminder. I went  to when I saw everybody wishing her Happy Birthday, and I was like, "We have to DO something!"

Fortunately, I just then saw this EPIC photo of Karina, taken by Dream Focus photography. We had the pose, and with Karina being so HOT, that made me think of the PHOENIX and...HUZZAH! THIS beauty was made.
