It's a picture of the INSPIRATIONAL BEAUTY Denise Masino! 
Denise Masino is doing the Warrior Dash, it's a 5k run and obstacle course fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She's been training hard for the course, but here's only a day left and she's still short of her fundrasing goal!

I actually asked to use a different photo of Denise Masino and a different photo of a child as reference for this picture...but this was a request, not a commission, so he chose photos he liked more. 
His artwork is ALWAYS fantastic...even if it looks like that one kid to the right is entirely TOO fond of Ms. Masino!
